Order with VAT invoice:

1. Click “Add VAT number” in the shopping cart.
   
2. Enter your email address and VAT number and click “Checkout.”
   
3. Your VAT number is automatically processed for price calculation and the invoice.
   
4. After payment, you will receive the invoice by email.
   
5. Belgian B2B customers will receive their invoice via Peppol.

All orders are shipped from Belgium. Deliveries to Belgium and the Netherlands usually take 3–5 business days. For other countries within the European Union, delivery times may vary slightly.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code that allows you to follow your parcel. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
